We provide loving care and teaching for both the Sunday School hour and the Worship Services, and we are fully staffed to cover the transition time between them.
- When you bring your child to the nursery, please sign in on the register at the table, and specify instructions for care (food allergies, etc.). To avoid confusion, please indicate which session your child is attending on the check-in register.
- Most children cry for a time when being left by their parents - we understand and expect it. In most cases, the crying stops a few moments after you leave and becomes less common with regular attendance. If, however, your child continues to cry after 10-15 minutes, we WILL page you. Similarly, while we have an open door policy, we strongly prefer that you DO NOT check on your children during the worship hour. It is disruptive not only to them, but to all the other children who see mommy or daddy and then expect theirs to arrive also. Rest assured that if there is any significant problem during your child’s visit with us, you will be notified promptly.
- Please label everything. Put your child’s name on diaper bags and all contents: plastic bottles, snack cups, diapers, pacifier, etc. (we strongly suggest that all pacifiers be tethered to clothing).
- Our little ones usually need a small snack- please supply accordingly for the amount of time to be covered.
